I have been a bit remiss to announce my recent change, but it is with great excitement to inform you of my new association with Hughes Real Estate. My goal with all clients has always been "Service with Integrity" which is the exact mission statement of Hughes Real Estate. We all have witnessed the economic hardship in California for the past ten years which significantly altered the Sacramento area real estate market. Only a real estate agent providing great service with integrity survived during these times.
Those of you who partnered with me already understand that my background of construction and economics is perfectly suited to accurately assess home values and help you find the best deal whether you're buying or selling. In addition, I offer a free one-hour consultation with Hughes Financial Law for clients contemplating a loan modification, short sale or other foreclosure options. I also provide local sales activity data to any client that needs it.
