I will be holding an open house this Saturday, March 9th from 11-1, in the Arden-Arcade area of Sacramento.  The address is 3713 Sunnyvale Ave.  It is a three bedroom, 1.5 bath, 1664 square foot home on a corner lot with a large yard.
