What a glorious fall day for the Sacramento Deschutes Street Pub in Sacramento. There will be three chefs demonstrating and serving some tasty appetizers, four local bands to listen to and a variety of Deschutes beer to enjoy.
I enjoyed this event last year by helping the chefs prepare and serve appetizers. It was a blast and the food was great. This event benefits the local charity, Runnin for Rhett. They are a training community of runners, walkers, volunteers and friends that help children and adults get motivated, improve their fitness and Move Into Life.
Join us for our next event too, the Run Because You Can 5k, Sunday, November 6th. It is a fun race that winds through Old Sacramento and crosses the Tower Bridge. It is open to children, as well as, adults with starting times for each group.
But first things first, I hope to see you at the Deschutes Street Pub today. Entry is free and it will be fun!!!
Event runs from 2-10pm
